Scheduling
Production dates are confirmed once the scope and access details are approved. Availability varies by location, season and project requirements.
Weather & flight safety
Drone work depends on safe, lawful operating conditions. If weather, airspace or site conditions are unsuitable, we will coordinate the best available alternative.
Travel
Scene From Above serves Ontario & Beyond. Travel and accommodation, when required, are identified in the custom quote before production.
Site readiness
Clients are responsible for access permissions and preparing the property or site before arrival. Clear access helps protect the schedule and final quality.
Delivery & revisions
Turnaround estimates begin after capture and depend on the selected package. Included revisions and delivery formats are confirmed in the approved project scope.
Usage
Approved usage is matched to the project, whether content is intended for an MLS listing, website, social campaign, presentation, advertising or another commercial purpose.
Changes & cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible when timing or scope changes. Any rescheduling, cancellation or added-production terms will follow the approved quote and service agreement.
