For condos and commercial buildings, confirm access to units, shared amenities, parking and loading areas. Building management may need advance notice for photography. Tell us whether the content is for an MLS listing, a leasing campaign or a business launch so the shot list fits its use.
Combine room photography with exterior views and, where feasible, drone coverage. Dense neighbourhoods, nearby airports and surrounding buildings can affect flight planning. Ground photography and video remain useful when a flight cannot be completed safely.
